Directions:
1. In a bowl, first start with adding together the cheese and cornstarch
2. With the fondue pot, coat the inside with the garlic
3. In a pan, heat up the wine and lemon juice
4. Start adding in the cheese and continue to mix while the cheese melts
5. Add in the brandy , mustard, and nutmeg
6. Transfer the simple mixture int a fondue pot

Ingredients
1/2 pound imported Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 pound Gruyere cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cherry brandy, such as kirsch
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Pinch nutmeg
