Directions:
1. Heat up the butter and oil in a pan.
2. Once hot, add in the mushrooms and green onion until soften
3. Mix in the flour
4. Add in the wine and cognac
5. Finally add in the cream and bring the sauce to a boil
6. Transfer the sauce to a fondue pot.

(1 tbsp) Butter
(1 tbsp) Oil
(1/2 lb) Shiitake mushrooms, chopped
(2 tsp) Green onions, chopped
(1 tbsp) Flour
(3 1/2 tbsp) Madeira wine
(1 tbsp) Cognac
(1 cup) cream 15%
Salt and pepper
